Mr. Page, age 68, served as vice chairman and chief financial officer and a director of United Technologies Corporation (UTC), a provider of high-technology products and services to the building systems and aerospace industries, from 2002 until his retirement in April 2004. From 1997 to 2002 he was president and chief executive officer of Otis Elevator Co., a subsidiary of UTC. He is also a director of Lowe's Companies, Inc. and Liberty Mutual Holding Company Inc. He has served as a director of the Company since 2004. |
