Stephen F. Adam received BS and MS degrees in Mechanical Engineering, MS and Ph.D. degrees in Electrical Engineering. He also holds Teachers Life Credentials in the State of California. He is founder and President-CEO of Adam Microwave Consulting, Inc., since it’s founding in 1984. He was formerly employed by Hewlett Packard Company for 27 years. He’s held various R&D and engineering managerial positions. Dr. Adam is a Life-Fellow of IEEE, 1980 President of the MTT-Society, Advisory Committee member, and former AdCom member. He also served on TAB at various committee membership and chairmanships. He is Emeritus member of the I&M Society AdCom, Past Chairman of several major Technical Symposia. Recipient of IEEE Centennial Medal 1993; and Third Millennium Medal; Distinguished Service Award; Distinguished Microwave Lecturer Award, and other Meritorious Service Awards.He is a member of the Hungarian Academy of Sciences. He is the author of numerous articles in trade journals, the author of a text book: Microwave Theory and Applications (Prentice Hall 1969; AMCI 1992). |
