Stephen Judge, CPC is Chief Executive Officer of Management Search, Inc. Steve began his career with Management Search in October 1988. He remains active in the search process by managing significant client relationships, and leads over forty practitioners who conduct searches within Manufacturing, Life Sciences, Finance, Banking, Financial Services, Sales & Marketing, Human Resources, High Technology, and Information Technology.



In addition to his hands-on approach with corporate clients and search consultants, Steve is heavily involved in MSI's internal continuous improvement initiatives - from the company's ISO 9001:2000 certification, to new training programs for consultants and support staff, and all the way through to a continual focus on the more efficient use of technology. Best business practice resulting in more successful client relationships is his commitment.



Prior to joining Management Search, Inc., Steve had spent three years in operations/risk management for a large regionally based retailer. Steve earned his Bachelor's Degree from the University of Massachusetts (Lowell) and is a Certified Personnel Consultant.
