Stephen D. Lebovitz has served as President and Secretary of the Company since February 1999 and as a Director of the Company since the completion of its initial public offering in November 1993. Since joining CBL’s Predecessor in 1988 Mr. Lebovitz has also served as Executive Vice President - Development/Acquisitions Executive Vice President - Development Senior Vice President - New England Office and as Senior Vice President - Community Center Development and Treasurer of the Company. Before joining CBL’s Predecessor Mr. Lebovitz was affiliated with Goldman Sachs & Co. from 1984 to 1986. He is past president of the Boston Jewish Family and Children's Service a member of the Board of Governors of the Combined Jewish Philanthropies Boston Massachusetts and a member of the Board of Trust of the Children’s Hospital Boston Massachusetts. He is a Trustee and Divisional Vice President of the ICSC. Stephen D. Lebovitz is a son of Charles B. Lebovitz and a brother of Michael I. Lebovitz and Alan L. Lebovitz. |
