Stephen D. Fantone has been a member of the Company's Board of Directors since October 2005. Mr. Fantone is the President and Chief Executive Officer of Optikos Corporation and is a Senior Lecturer at M.I.T. Mr. Fantone served as a director, since March 1995, and Chairman of the Board of Directors,
since January 1997, of Benthos Inc., until it was sold in January 2006. Mr. Fantone has his Bachelor of Science Degree in Electrical Engineering and Management from M.I.T. and a Ph.D. in Optics from the Institute of Optics at the University of Rochester. |
