Mr. Sayre's practice includes mergers and acquisitions, general corporate and commercial contracting matters, with particular emphasis on commercial transactions involving pharmaceutical companies and information technology companies.
Mr. Sayre's practice also includes corporate lending transactions, with particular emphasis representing lenders making secured loans to borrowers in the railroad industry.
Mr. Sayre began his legal career as a law clerk to the Honorable Mary L. Cooper, United States District Court Judge for the District of New Jersey.
Prior to law school, Mr. Sayre worked as a Certified Public Accountant for Ernst & Whinney and in private industry in the areas of auditing and accounting.
