Stephen D. McGraw is a Member of Kerr, Russell and Weber, PLC. He is co-chairperson of the firm's Litigation Practice Group and also serves as a member of the firm's Associates Committee. Mr. McGraw's practice primarily involves defending and prosecuting matters in litigation. He has had involvement in a wide range of matters including the professional liability of architects, engineers and physicians, toxic torts, product liability and commercial matters.
Mr. McGraw is a Fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers and currently serves as a member of the Fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers State Committee. He is also a Fellow of the Michigan State Bar Foundation. He is a member of the State Bar of Michigan where he is a member of the Negligence Law Section and the American Bar Association where he is a member of the Forum on the Construction Industry. Mr. McGraw is also a member of the State Bar of Michigan Discipline Committee. Mr. McGraw has been a speaker at numerous seminars having to do with litigation and health care subjects. He has spoken regarding trial practice for the Institute of Continuing Legal Education. Mr. McGraw is also a designee in the publication "The Best Lawyers in America".
Mr. McGraw is a 1973 graduate, cum laude, of Albion College and obtained his law degree from Washington and Lee University School of Law in l976. |
