Stephen Madonia (Steve) is responsible for delivery to existing clients and continued growth of the Support Services Solutions Practice. CoreTech’s Support Services Practice focuses in the areas of Help Desk, Service Management, Break-Fix Support, and Asset Management. Steve is responsible for coordination of both service and software partnerships that aid in the delivery of these services to CoreTech’s clients. Prior to joining CoreTech, Steve held the position of Sr. Director, Information Technology at VerticalNet, LLC. At VerticalNet, Steve managed global IT operations with responsibility for server, networking support, telecommunications, security, business continuity, change management and nerve center operations. Prior to VerticalNet, Steve served as AVP, Information Technology at Merrill Lynch leading the Network Operations Group in the areas of asset management, business continuity, disaster recovery, and network implementation. Steve holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Computer Science from Kean University. |
