Stephen C. Patrick was appointed to Arrow Electronics Board in 2003. He is Chief Financial Officer of the Colgate-Palmolive Company, a leading consumer products company.
Patrick joined Colgate-Palmolive from Price Waterhouse in 1982. Before he assumed his current role in 1996, Patrick held a series of key financial positions, including Vice President and Corporate Controller, and Vice President of Finance for Colgate-Latin America.
Patrick, who is a C.P.A. in the state of Connecticut, received his bachelor's degree from the City University of New York and his master's degree from the University of Rhode Island. He has previously served as Vice President of the Financial Accounting Foundation (Trustees for the Financial Accounting Standards Board). |
