Stephen B. Oresman was elected as a member of the board of directors prior to the completion of the Company's initial public offering in August 2004. Since 1991, Mr. Oresman has served as President of Saltash, Ltd., a management consulting firm. From 1988 to 1991, he was a partner and Vice President of The Canaan Group consulting firm. Mr. Oresman's early career included ten years in the manufacturing sector, including Bausch & Lomb, Inc. and Interlake Steel Corp. Subsequently, Mr. Oresman joined Booz-Allen Hamilton, Inc., where he served various positions, including Managing Officer of the firm's Eastern Region and Chairman of Booz-Allen Hamilton International. Mr. Oresman later joined BBDO International as President of the firm's independent marketing companies. Mr. Oresman currently serves as Chairman of the Board of Technology Solutions Company and as a director of Cleveland-Cliffs Inc. and numerous conservation and ornithology institutions.
