Steve Coleman focuses his practice on employment litigation, with a primary emphasis on Title VII, ADA, ADEA and state law discrimination cases. His practice also encompasses all areas relating to the counseling, training and representation of management clients in proceedings before the EEOC, Arizona Civil Rights Division and courts in various jurisdictions.
He is admitted to practice in the state courts of Arizona, the United States District Court for the District of Arizona and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. Steve is a member of the Labor and Employment Section of the Arizona State Bar, and serves on the Section's CLE Committee.
Prior to joining Ford & Harrison, Steve was an associate at a Phoenix law firm. While Steve was in law school, he participated in the Georgetown Federal Legislation Clinic, where he advocated welfare reform on behalf of a nonprofit organization.
