Stephen A. Loney, Jr. is an associate in the firm’s Commercial Litigation Practice Group. He joined the firm in 2005 following a one-year clerkship with the Honorable Franklin S. Van Antwerpen of the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit.
Stephen's practice concentrates on complex commercial litigation and class action defense, with a particular focus on defense of class action suits brought against nationwide wireless telephone providers. Stephen also has extensive experience and training in electronic discovery matters and has coordinated the retention, collection, review, and production of large volumes of electronically stored information in accordance with the 2006 Amendments to the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure and similar state court rules.
Stephen received his J.D. from New York University School of Law in 2004 and graduated summa cum laude from Saint Joseph’s University in 2001 with a bachelor's degree in political science and a minor in philosophy. He is admitted to practice in the state courts of New York, New Jersey and Pennsylvania, as well as the United States District Courts for the District of New Jersey and the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. |
