Stephen Hayes (shayes@dhrinternational.com) serves as President/Vice Chairman of the firm. He is located in DHR’s Washington, DC office. Mr. Hayes joined the firm in 1995. Prior to joining DHR International; Mr. Hayes held several senior positions with national real estate development firms, such as Cabot, Cabot & Forbes; Spaulding & Slye; and Trammell Crow/Faison. Mr. Hayes' background in executive search and management consulting includes a broad spectrum of senior executive positions in nearly all industries.Some of the clients represented include America Online, Bessemer Trust, Chubb, AIG, Allied Capital, Caesars Entertainment, Carlyle Group, Booz Allen, Corporate Executive Board, Digene, Pfizer, Dell Computer, Hitachi, IBM, Intel, Price Waterhouse Coopers, Motorola, Cessna Aircraft, etc. A native of Washington, D.C., Mr. Hayes received a Bachelor's degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and is involved in several charitable and foundation activities, including the Georgetown Club Board of Trustees. Mr. Hayes serves as President of the Board of Trustees for the Rutherford B. Hayes Presidential Center, in Fremont, Ohio, and is the President of the Board of Trustees of Imagination Stage. He also serves on the Board of Directors of DHR International.
