Ms. Vinella, former CFO of AlphaBlox Corporation, brings her strong understanding of software and high-growth technology companies to KANA, helping to strengthen the company’s position as the leading SRM solution provider. Ms. Vinella joined AlphaBlox in November 1999, where she led financial and operational activities at the company and helped complete the sale of the company to IBM in July 2004. Prior to joining AlphaBlox, Ms. Vinella was CFO of Edify, a leading global supplier of voice and Web self-service solutions. At Edify, Ms. Vinella led the company through its initial public offering and then later through a merger with S1 Corporation. Previously, Ms. Vinella was director of finance for Lumisys Corporation and Spectra Logic Corporation. She began her career at KPMG, where she was responsible for audit and consulting engagements. Ms. Vinella is a CPA and holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of San Francisco. In addition, Ms. Vinella earned her MBA at Stanford University. |
