Stephanie Soscia was previously with AOL’s Broadband Marketing group. At AOL, she led the marketing efforts for the introduction of the AOL wireless broadband product and worked closely with several large Cable and DSL providers to plan and execute marketing strategies focused on the introduction of broadband to the AOL membership. Additionally, Stephanie held leadership roles in the call center acquisition and retention organization which has over 10,000 agents managing millions of customer interactions a year. Prior to AOL, Stephanie gained vast experience working as a general manager for non-profit organizations. She received her BS in Economics from Penn State University. |
