Stephanie Sanders consults for Noel-Levitz from her position as associate director of undergraduate admissions and first-year experience at The Ohio State University. She offers more than 17 years of experience in admissions and information technology for enrollment. Her recent campus clients include Auburn University (AL), Martin University (IN), and the University of Baltimore (MD).
Currently, Ms. Sanders has oversight for Ohio State's admissions process, including managing admissions decisions for more than 40,000 annual applications. She oversees the university's competitive admissions policies, directs the application review process, and helps implement the criteria for scholarships. Her efforts have helped Ohio State meet its enrollment goals and reach a top-20 ranking among public universities in the U.S. News & World Report college rankings.
Previously, Ms. Sanders has worked in a variety of other functions in the university’s admissions office. In her previous responsibilities, she has served as lead systems analyst, supervised programmers and Web developers, and managed business analysts and systems trainers. She also helped automate the scholarship selection process and develop a Web area for guidance counselors.
