As comptroller, Ms. Martin directs and manages the company s growing accounting department of Struever Bros. Eccles & Rouse, Inc. She currently supervises the accounting management of all of SBER s development projects throughout the United States, including accounts payables, receivables and billing. With more than 16 years in the real estate business, Ms. Martin has managed the financial accounting for Struever Bros. Eccles & Rouse, Inc. for more than 14 years. Prior to her tenure at Struever Bros. Eccles & Rouse, Ms. Martin worked for a public accounting firm in Baltimore, Maryland. Ms Martin is widely acknowledged for her able management of the company s comptrollership team. She has an accounting degree from Towson State University, and is a CPA.
