Stephanie's experience includes representing pharmaceutical clients in connection with complex patent infringement litigation. She has also advised clients regarding the protection and management of their patent portfolios directed to chemical compounds and pharmaceutical formulations, and rendered opinions on the protectability of such patents.
While previously working as an associate in a top tier intellectual property law firm, Stephanie also served as a volunteer attorney for the Office of the Appellate Defender, where she conducted research and analysis and drafted briefs submitted to the Supreme Court of the State of New York. |
