Mrs. Stephanie Jason has merged her business with Duos Technologies forming a new international division specializing in security, defense and business development. Stephanie brings 14 years of experience in international business development and project management in the fields of defense, security, oil and gas, and IT. Stephanie has successfully negotiated contracts for clients worth over 1 billion USD, representing Fortune 100 and Fortune 500 corporations. As the former Managing Director of IFCG, Inc. and PanAfrican Associates Europe, Inc. Stephanie provided strategic advice and assistance in the energy, defense, transportation, IT and aerospace industries involving assets affected or influenced by host governments, business development and contract negotiations, project and risk management and external government relations. Mrs. Jason is actively involved in a nonprofit, 501C3 corporation as President of the International Forum Institute, a nonpolitical organization promoting international cooperation and understanding through interaction and dialogue. Mrs. Jason was formerly the Executive Director and Co-Founder of the International Energy Advisory Council, a Geneva based foundation promoting energy dialogue with a focus on international issues affecting the security and supply of oil and natural gas. Mrs. Jason received her B.A. in political science from George Washington University Mount Vernon Campus and was awarded the Lloyd Benson Governmental Excellence award. Mrs. Jason formerly worked as Director of Government Affairs and Public Relations for a major U.S.-Russian energy company active and diversified in business throughout the United States and Former Soviet Union, and was previously Executive Director of a Washington based academic think tank promoting global cooperation and conflict resolution. Mrs. Jason has successfully assisted multinational corporations in their business development, governmental relations and conflict resolution in over 50 countries. |
