Stephanie Balmer joined the Falsani, Balmer, Peterson, Quinn and Beyer law firm in August of 2005. She works primarily on workers’ compensation claims and personal injury lawsuits, and has met success in all forms of litigation, including administrative hearings, mediations, arbitrations, jury trials, settlement negotiations, and appeals. While she focuses on injuries arising out of motor vehicle collisions and work-related injuries, she has experience in dog bite, liquor liability, slip-and-fall, products liability, and short and long term disability claims as well. Stephanie is licensed to practice law in both Minnesota and Wisconsin.Stephanie is happy to have returned to Duluth, her hometown, where she lives with her husband, Jesse. She spends her free time reading, enjoying local music, playing and coaching soccer, skiing, and being with her family. Stephanie is also a member of the board of directors of Udac, a local non-profit organization, and President of the 11th District New Lawyers section. She was recognized as a ‘Rising Star’ for 2008, an honor given to 2.5% of Minnesota attorneys under 40 years old or in practice for 10 years or less. |
