Stephanie K. Dregger is an associate in the law firm of McDermott Will & Emery Rechtsanwälte Steuerberater LLP, based in its Munich office. She is a member of the European Competition Group and the German telecom, media and technology (TMT) practice group. She provides advice on competition related issues, including merger control, horizontal and vertical restraints and abuse of dominant position, and focuses in particular on merger arbitrage. Stephanie studied law at the University of Passau and the University of Lausanne. She obtained her LL.M. from King’s College, London as a recipient of the Kurt-Fordan-scholarship, where she focused on European and Competition law. During her legal clerkship she worked inter alia at an international law firm, the German-British Chamber of Industry and Commerce in London and a leading German telecommunications company.
