Stephanie Nyman's areas of practice include securities, private equity, venture capital, fund formation, and general corporate law. Stephanie has significant experience in counseling broker-dealers and investment advisers, and also assists with hedge fund compliance and documentation. Stephanie assists middle-market companies with all aspects of capital raising, joint ventures, and private equity transactions. In addition, she assists with all aspects of private securities offerings and non-profit securities offerings, including preparation of disclosure documents and subscription agreements, due diligence, and required filings. Stephanie has prepared complex limited liability company operating agreements and has assisted with a 137 million dollar mortgage-backed securitization for a large lending organization. Prior to joining the firm, Stephanie was an associate at Levenfeld Pearlstein, LLC in Chicago. |
