Stephanie Bell has over 16 years of Human Resources consulting and health plan administration experience. Industry experience includes energy financial services government healthcare hospitality manufacturing retail restaurant technology and telecommunications. She has assisted clients with HR strategy and trends benefit strategy and design benefit system delivery assessments plan compliance reviews administrative process assessments integrated leave management and plan and vendor management. Stephanie has also served as a Leadership Coach for a Fortune 50 company to assist with implementing a leadership system and is Systems Thinking and Six Sigma Greenbelt trained.
Professional Experience
Prior to joining Huron Stephanie worked for Wellspring Partners now a Huron Consulting Group Practice. Previously she served Uniprise as a Leadership Coach and a Strategic Account Director. She served as the primary learning coach and facilitator for Quality and Systems Thinking Aligned Accountability and Enabling People.
Before that Stephanie served Arthur Andersen LLP as a Manager in the Human Capital practice area where she developed human resources strategies designed benefit plans and assisted clients with vendor plan management. Stephanie also served United Health Care and MetraHealth Company.
