Stephanie Chandler Dencik has five years of investment banking experience, assisting companies raise both public and private equity and advising them on mergers & acquisitions. Prior to joining FocalPoint, Stephanie was a Senior Associate in the London office of Robertson Stephens International, spending time in both Corporate Finance and the Private Capital markets Group. In this capacity, Mrs. Dencik was involved in numerous initial public offerings on various European exchanges as well as raising pre-IPO capital from European investors for private companies. She also has significant cross-border experience both within Europe and across the Atlantic. Prior to returning to Los Angeles, Stephanie was Director of Business Development at Winton Capital where she was responsible for capital raising activities in the United States and Scandinavia.
Mrs. Dencik received her bachelor’s degree in Economics and Mathematics from Hamilton College, where she graduated cum laude with Honors in Economics. Mrs. Dencik also attended the London School of Economics where she received an MSc. in Econometrics. |
