Ms. Barber is a Manager at Whitehouse Pimms. She recruits mid-to-senior-level practitioners in management consulting firms. She joined Whitehouse Pimms in 1999 and has successfully served a diverse set of clients that include A.T. Kearney, Deloitte Consulting, Diamond, PricewaterhouseCoopers, and Technology Solutions Company. Ms. Barber also has experience as an HR generalist and recruiter in the corporate world, having worked for Mannatech in Dallas for three years. She began her professional career in sales and account management. She held inside and outside sales roles with Elk Corporation and with Manpower Temporary Services prior to her move into the recruiting field.

Ms. Barber is single. She enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, scuba diving, reading novels and biographies, watching movies, and is a Dallas Mavericks fan.
