Stephanie, who practiced primarily in the areas of corporate finance and general representation of emerging technology companies in the Internet, information technology and telecommunications industries at Cooley Godward LLP in Boulder, CO, joined Raindance in April 2000. She represented both privately held and public companies in a wide range of transactions including private placements, public offerings, mergers and acquisitions and strategic partnerships. She holds a Juris Doctor, cum laude, from the University of San Francisco School of Law, where she was a McAuliffe Scholar and a recipient of the American Jurisprudence Award in Business Associations and Corporations, and a BA in Mass Communications with an emphasis in business from the University of California in Los Angeles. |
