Stephan is an associate. He represents and counsels clients in various industries, including professional services, healthcare professionals, construction and technology. His practice is focused in the area of litigation, including torts, insurance law, and appellate advocacy. Stephan has argued before the Fifth, Eighth, Ninth, and Tenth District Courts of Appeals.
A North Canton native, he graduated from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio, with a Bachelor of Arts Degree, where he majored in History and Zoology. Stephan continues to be active in the Miami University Alumni Association. He received his Juris Doctorate, graduating cum laude from The University of Akron School of Law. While at The University of Akron, he was a member of the Trial Team.
Stephan is a member of the Stark County and Ohio State Bar Associations and the North Canton Jaycees, and resides in North Canton with his wife, Heather, and their twin daughters. Stephan and his family are members of Faith United Methodist Church in North Canton.
