Steve joined The Continental Group in 2004 when he launched the Commercial Property Management Division, a new client segment for the company. He rose to the role of President of the Property Management Division in 2007 and is now responsible for overseeing the general operations of the company's property management portfolio. A native of Montreal, Titleman attended Florida International University, where he earned a Bachelor of Business Administration, with honors. He is a Florida licensed Real Estate Broker, Certified Building Contractor and Licensed Community Association Manager.

Continental has divided the state into regions, each headed by a President who is responsible for all business operations within his or her region. We believe this distinct regional approach allows us to more effectively provide our customers with the benefits to which they are entitled to as part of our relationship.
