Mr. Pahides is a shareholder of McCausland Keen & Buckman in the Real Estate practice area. His practice focuses on the counseling of REITs, publicly traded companies, institutions, private investor groups, users and individuals in matters of real property law. He represents clients in connection with the sale, acquisition, development and leasing of real property. He is also experienced in the financing of real estate and represents lenders and borrowers in loans secured by industrial properties, office building, retail centers and multi-family apartment buildings. Mr. Pahides has a particular focus on representing the owners and developers of office properties and senior living facilities.
