Mr. Geisler is a graduate of the University of Michigan and received both his law degree and Master of Business Administration from Georgetown University . Mr. Geisler concentrates his practice in the area of corporate law. Mr. Geisler has represented banks, corporations, Canadian crown corporations and provincial governments in a broad range of transactions including foreign debt restructurings, mergers and acquisitions involving multinational corporations, and bank-exempt and cross-border securities offerings. Mr. Geisler also represents start-up corporations in a wide variety of matters. In addition, Mr. Geisler has extensive experience in government contracts from bid to project completion, including contract terminations for convenience and default.
