Ms. Lellos routinely counsels companies with respect to asset and stock purchase transactions, including drafting of letters of intent, supervision of due diligence, drafting, negotiating, reviewing and analyzing stock purchase agreements, asset purchase agreements, employment and consulting agreements, management services agreements, non-competition agreements and transition services agreements. In addition, Ms. Lellos regularly advises clients on a variety of commercial issues including formation and structuring of entities, shareholder, operating and partnership agreements, employment arrangements and general corporate matters.Professional Profile Prior to joining Meyer, Suozzi, English & Klein, P.C., Ms. Lellos was associated with Rivkin Radler LLP, where she was involved in a number of corporate transactions and provided general corporate representation to private companies, ranging from start-ups to large national concerns. Pratt (Ret.) of the Second Circuit Court of Appeals in New York.Education Ms. Lellos is a graduate of Touro Law Center and holds LL.Ms in Banking and Finance Law and International, European and Comparative Law from the University of London and Keele University, respectively.
