Dr. Stell Patsiokas is an expert in developing consumer electronic products in recurring revenue businesses. Currently, he is Executive Vice President, Technology and Engineering for XM Radio. Previously, Dr. Patsiokas was with Motorola, Inc., where he served in a variety of consumer electronics design and development roles since 1979. Since 1996, Dr. Patsiokas was Director of Product Development for Motorola's Messaging Systems Product Group, where he was involved with developing the PageWriter 2000 two-way messaging device.
