Stefano Ciurli. Mr. Ciurli has been a member or our Board of Directors since April 2004. He obtained a degree in economics and commerce from the University of LUISS in 1987. He operates in the Grupo Telecom Italia, where he is a Mobile Telephony Controller since 2007. In 2006, he participated in the International Support Area, developing the business and providing support to the plug&play for Brazil, Telecom Argentina, Avea Turquia, Entel Bolívia, Cuba. He was TIM’s CFO from 2003 to 2006, responsible for the Group’s National & International Balance Sheet (IAS/US GAAP), Planning & Control, Finances & Tax Department. Among other positions, he is on the executive boards of large companies such as TIM International (holding), TIM Brasil (holding), and TIM Participações. He was formerly a member of the executive boards of Avea (Turkey), TIM Digitel (Venezuela), Blah (Brazil), Telepiù SpA (Sky), TESS (Payroll) and Saritel (IT).
