Stefanie Kandzia's practice focuses in the areas of intellectual property law, including business transactions and licensing of intellectual property rights, internet and domain name law and pharmaceutical law. Ms. Kandzia has handled all aspects of trademark and unfair competition law as well as European Union law in Germany, the United States and internationally.
Prior to joining Parker Poe, Ms. Kandzia practiced in Germany with a leading law firm for intellectual property law. She also worked for a multinational consulting company in Boston as a consultant for intellectual asset management.
Ms. Kandzia is admitted to practice in the German District Courts. She is working on her doctor juris (equivalent to S.J.D.) in the area of protection of trade secrets: "Trade Secrets in German, European, and International Civil Litigation." Ms. Kandzia is fluent in German. |
