Stefan Boedeker is a director in the Los Angeles office, where he specializes in the application of economic, statistical, and financial models to a variety of areas such as solutions to business issues, complex litigation cases, and economic impact studies. Mr. Boedeker has significant labor and employment expertise in wage and hour disputes, and matters involving claims of discrimination and wrongful termination. In wage and hour matters, he has calculated class action damages, performed time and motion studies, and off-the clock work and break time analysis. In discrimination and wrongful termination matters, he has performed econometric and statistical analysis to analyze liability and damages.
Prior to joining LECG he was a managing director at Navigant Consulting and prior to that, the leader of the economic and statistical consulting practice in the West region for Deloitte & Touche. He has a BS/MS in statistics and a BA in business administration from the University of Dortmund, Germany; and a MA in economics from the University of California, San Diego. Also, he has met PhD requirements except dissertation in economics at the University of California, San Diego. |
