Mr. Reyniak is currently a Managing Director of Raycliff Capital, a private equity firm headquartered in New York with a satellite office in San Francisco that invests across a diverse range of sectors including financial services, information technology, and real estate. In addition to serving as a Director of Modern Bank, Mr. Reyniak acts as an advisor for numerous other growth companies in the Raycliff portfolio. Mr. Reyniak co-founded Catamount Ventures L.P., an early stage venture capital firm based in San Francisco. He served as a General Partner of Catamount Ventures' first fund, which made investments in a diversified portfolio of information technology companies including Linden Research, Inc., makers of the popular online world SecondLife®. Previously, he worked as a transactional attorney in New York City, first in the Corporate Group at White & Case LLP and then in the Takeovers Group at Sullivan & Cromwell LLP, in which positions he worked on hostile and friendly mergers and acquisitions, financings, and other corporate transactions.Mr. Reyniak earned a MBA degree from Harvard Business School, a JD degree, cum laude, from Harvard Law School, and a BA degree, magna cum laude, from Columbia University.
