Stavros Liakakos is Vice President of Strategic HCM Consulting with more than 15 years of experience in human resources and technology industry. As a partner of Knowledge Infusion, Stavros is responsible for leading consulting engagements in the areas of Human Capital Management. He has practical knowledge in orchestrating HRMS, analytics, portals, and self-service systems and has led business process optimization and planning engagements to integrate people, processes and technology. Stavros works collaboratively with clients to define and develop HCM and Talent Management strategic roadmaps that align HR and talent initiatives with business results and outcomes.
From 1998 to 2005 Stavros held several positions with PeopleSoft, most recently as a Principal Manager in HCM Product Marketing where he provided product direction and developed global sales and marketing initiatives. In addition Stavros held roles as a Senior HCM Solution Consultant where he acquired in-depth knowledge of HRMS and Talent Management applications.
Prior to joining PeopleSoft, Stavros worked at Best Software and held a variety of positions at Ceridian including responsibility for technical implementations of HRMS/Payroll systems, and management of customer and internal training.
Stavros has intimate knowledge of HRIS technologies and products and HCM strategies that can deliver true strategic value. He has been a speaker for HR transformation at for IHRIM, SHRM, and Towers-Perrin and has delivered many presentations to local organizations, user groups, and private organizations.
