Stanley Grabish is an accomplished business professional with over ten years of experience in the commercial finance and management consulting industries. Stan is adept at performing cash flow modeling and analyses, supervising and leading audit teams, and developing process improvements in the financial and operational aspects of businesses.
Stan has particular experience in identifying, assessing and formulating strategic options for managing and exiting non-performing credits for banks. His consulting experience spans a wide range of industries. Some of Stan's previous engagements, among others, have included performing acquisition analysis of a $70MM manufacturer for a Private Equity Group, the sale of assets of a failed roll-up, and introducing accounting and financial controls to numerous companies to help them better manage their cash flow.
Prior to joining Focus Management Group, Stan served as an Assistant Vice President in Marketing and Financial Analyst in Audit for a leading financial institution. In this capacity, Stan analyzed existing and prospective commercial loan deals. During his tenure, Stan had also helped to launch the Company's new office in Atlanta.
Stan received his MBA from Emory University's Goizueta Business School, emphasizing organization and management and finance, and his Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Boston College, where he graduated Cum Laude. Stan has also completed the 1st two levels of the Chartered Financial Analyst program.
