Mr. Farmer joined SulphCo in June of 2007 and is a certified public accountant with over sixteen years of progressive professional financial management experience. Most recently, he was an audit partner at Malone & Bailey, PC, ("M&B") in Houston, Texas, where he was responsible for more than 20 ongoing small public and private company audits and the development, assessment and implementation of M&B's strategic growth initiatives. From November 2004 to April 2005, Mr. Farmer served as CFO at Texas Energy Ventures, LLC. Mr. Farmer has also been an Assistant Controller of Accounting & Financial Reporting at Reliant Energy, Inc., a Senior Director of Transation Support at Enron Corp., and has held management positions with a focus in the energy sector of Arthur Andersen LLP and KPMG LLP. Mr. Farmer has a B.B.A. in Accounting from Texas A&M University. |
