Stanley Dubiel leads ISS's Global Proxy Business Unit overseeing all proxy related activities including: Proxy Advisory Service (PAS); Global Research Service (GRS); Social Issues Service (SIS); Social Analytical Service (SAS); Custom Research Service; Taft Hartley Service; Mergers and Acquisitions Insight (MAI); and, ISS Canada. He is the Chairman of ISS Europe SA and member of the board of RREV Ltd (UK). He previously led ISS' International, and Custom Research units as well as the research team covering the German speaking markets. He received a B.S. degree in International Area Studies from Drexel University. His studies concentrated on economics and the German language. Before joining ISS in January 1994, his experience included work with the Philadelphia Stock Exchange, Elekluft, GmbH in Bonn, and Valley Forge Technical Information Services, GmbH in Munich. |
