As a founding partner of Caras and Shulman, Stan has successfully developed an impressive range of clients. Now serving as managing director of the Caras and Shulman Consulting Group (CSCG), he oversees consulting engagements with a specialized expertise in the area of closely held family businesses. Stan has been invited to speak at professional engagements throughout New England on a variety of topics including business valuation, mergers and acquisitions, practice transition, policy and procedure development, internal systems development and evaluation, compensation and benefits programs, financial structuring, human resource management, and information systems support. Stan is a graduate of Bentley College, and is a licensed certified public accountant.
