Stanford S. Jhee, Pharm.D., is Vice President and Director of Research of California Clinical Trials. Dr. Jhee received his Doctor of Pharmacy degree from the University of Southern California in 1991 and has subsequently completed his clinical pharmacy residency and postdoctoral research fellowship in clinical pharmacokinetics from the same institution. Dr. Jhee joined CCT as a research pharmacologist in 1994. For over ten years at CCT, Dr. Jhee has been instrumental in helping pharmaceutical companies develop new development strategies for CNS drugs. Some areas of focus include MTD studies in target patients (Bridging), pharmacodynamic tool development (CSF, polysomnography) and pharmacogenetic/proteomics screening. More recently, he has collaborated with the Japanese regulatory authority to develop Japanese Bridging studies at CCT. Dr. Jhee has authored over 35 scientific manuscripts and book chapters and has given presentations at various scientific meetings internationally. |
