Stan Wong has 25 years of recruiting and management experience in the technology field. For the last four years, Stan utilized his recruiting expertise at Robert Half International, Inc, where he led the staffing for their Corporate IT Division. Prior to that, for six years, he was the Manager of Recruiting at Chen & McGinley, Inc. where he built and directed a large technical recruiting team that became one of the most well respected in the Bay Area. Stan also was the Lead Technical Recruiter for VISA International’s IT Division for 6 years. Prior to that, he honed his skills as a Technical Recruiter for such reknown companies as Ford Motor Co., Bechtel Power Corp., and EDP World. Stan has dedicated his entire career to the Recruiting profession, and shares a strong philosophical commonality with TechWorkers in his passion for recruiting great people and his dedication to providing excellent customer service. He received his Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from U.C. Davis and completed 2 years of graduate work in the field of Counseling. |
