Stan Swete is responsible for Workday's overall technology strategy, direction and execution. Stan spent ten years with PeopleSoft in key leadership roles. Most recently he headed the products and technology organization which included over 4,000 employees. He was also manager of tools development, general manager of the financial applications and general manager of CRM. Stan was responsible for the initial release of PeopleSoft's internet architecture. Prior to PeopleSoft, Stan spent ten years with ASK Computer Systems, as manager of ASK's VAX product line and as an applications developer. He holds Bachelor of Science and Master of Science degrees in Industrial Engineering from Stanford University. |
