Stan Ebner is a self-employed consultant to the aerospace industry. He retired as the Senior Vice President for Washington DC Operations at Boeing (McDonnell Douglas) in 1998. Prior to his position at McDonnell Douglas, Mr. Ebner served as the Senior Vice President for Government Relations for Northrop. In 1973 and ’74, Mr. Ebner served as General Counsel for the President’s Office of Management and Budget. Mr. Ebner started his career as U.S. Army Judge Advocate General Officer. Mr. Ebner received his undergraduate and law degrees from Yale. |
