Stacy began her career with Shell in 1979 as a geological engineer in the Exploration & Production (E&P) offices in New Orleans, having graduated from Princeton University with a bachelors degree in geology. She moved to Bakersfield, California, in 1985, where she held managerial positions developing oil and gas fields. In 1991, she moved to Houston to take up several assignments, including E&P Budget and Operating Plan Coordinator.
Following an assignment as President, Shell Louisiana Company, she was named President, Shell Deer Park Refining Company in 1998, followed by President, Shell Pipeline Company LP in 2002. Stacy joined Shell Chemicals as Vice President Lower Olefins Americas and global C4/C5s on 1 January 2004. |
