Stacy L. Bankston is system liaison manager for SWEPCO. She serves as the liaison with other AEP corporate and service company functions. She is also responsible for the administration of certain special projects and corporate interface initiatives for the president and chief operating officer.
Bankston began her career with SWEPCO in 1991 and has served the company in various accounting, budgeting and financial roles within customer operations and business planning & analysis. In these roles she coordinated the budgets, facilitated financial reporting and performed special feasibility studies.
A recipient of the T.H. Harris Scholarship for academic achievement, Bankston has a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Louisiana State University Shreveport.
She is a former member of the City of Shreveport Loan Review Committee; former Board of Directors member for SWECA Federal Credit Union; and, served as a loaned executive for the United Way of Northwest Louisiana.
