Stacy Woods’ background allows her to offer a broad array of services relating to real estate and general business law. Stacy has extensive knowledge in all phases of real property conveyancing, real estate development projects from initial land acquisition stage to ultimate sale, and the financing of such transactions. She negotiates and drafts leases and resolves leasehold disputes as they arise, including eviction actions. Stacy was named the Vice Chairperson for the Real Property Section of Hennepin County Bar Association for 2007-2008. Stacy is an active member of the Minnesota Commercial Real Estate Women (MNCREW). Stacy has been appointed to the Board of Directors for 2008, co-chair of Member Services Committee for 2007, and served as the Membership Committee chairperson for 2005 and 2006. She continues to be involved with the Kommerstad Center for Business Law & Entrepreneurship at the University of Minnesota Law School as a supervising attorney. Stacy also regularly speaks at seminars pertaining to real estate law. |
