Stacia A. Neeley is an associate at Klee, Tuchin, Bogdanoff & Stern LLP, where she specializes in business reorganization, bankruptcy and insolvency law. Ms. Neeley graduated summa cum laude from Tufts University in 2001, earning a B.A. in International Relations. She received her J.D. from Stanford Law School in 2004. At Stanford, Ms. Neeley served on editorial board of the Stanford Environmental Law Journal and was elected treasurer of her graduating class.
Ms. Neeley has a diverse practice, representing debtors, creditors and chapter 7 trustees. On the debtor side, she has assisted in the representation of Crescent Jewelers, a retail jewelry chain (filed in the Northern District of California), American Restaurant Group, the owner of the Stuart Anderson's Black Angus Restaurants (as special counsel, filed in the Central District of California) and PureBeauty, Inc., a retail supplier of fine beauty products (filed in the Central District of California).
