Stacey Mangum, Vice President of Human Resources, has 20 years of experience in implementing company policies that enhance and reinforce an organization's vision, mission and core values. Throughout her career, Ms. Mangum has created the human resources infrastructure needed to support fast-growing companies. Before joining Geomagic, she developed performance management programs at Arsenal Digital Worldwide Services that helped generate a 60-70 percent increase in annual revenue per full-time employee. At LIPsinc, she built the human resources department from the ground up, including design and implementation of HR processes and procedures. Before that, she led human resources at Engineous Software, where she increased headcount by 1,000 percent in two years. Ms. Mangum earned a BS in Business Administration from North Carolina Wesleyan College. She is certified with the Society of Human Resources Management (SHRM) and holds a Human Resource Management Certificate from Duke University. |
